Donegal Centre For Independent Living (DCIL) are an organisation of and for People with Disabilities. We provide a range of Independent Living services, including Personal Assistant Services, Training, Disabiltiy Equality and Awareness workshops and campaigns to help ensure a better and more inclusive future for People with Disabilties in Donegal.
